Micro Precision is seeking a Controller to lead accounting operations in a precision manufacturing environment that supports national defense. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance while partnering with HR on payroll and year-end activities.

The successful candidate will oversee policy design, manage the accounting team, and drive the annual budget process, cost reporting, and financial analyses for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent business experience.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
• Oversee outsourced functions and accounting department operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and budgets; ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.
