Job summary

Charles Schwab Careers is seeking a Financial Consultant to support Schwab clients with wealth management and financial planning guidance, helping them own their financial futures through trusted advice and long-term relationships.

You will grow your practice through client asset consolidation, referrals, and networking, collaborating with Schwab specialists to expand investment strategies and goals for each client.

Qualifications

• A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
• Acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance coverage will be required during tenure on the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth management and financial planning advice to existing Schwab clients.
• Grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals.
• Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and shared goals.
• Leverage Schwab specialists and guidelines to help clients progress toward financial goals.
• Manage wealth offerings including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
