Job summary

Orion is seeking a Senior Financial Billing Analyst to ensure accurate and timely billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. You will work with product development and business partners to customize the billing process for mergers and acquisitions.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week at an Orion office. You will mentor junior analysts, lead billing projects, and help optimize legacy processes while advancing new capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

About This Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a deep understanding of billing systems, and proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will work closely with product development as well as internal and external business partners in the creation and implementation of projects surrounding the internally created billing system. The Senior Financial Billing Analyst will work with projects that include both improvements of legacy processes and procedures as well as customization of the billing processes to accommodate the needs of new business partners through mergers and acquisitions. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.

Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

• Act as the lead in internal efficiency projects and process innovation for the Billing team
• Resolve complex billing related issues

Salary Range

$56,046.00 - $82,313.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
