• Test newly developed tools and functionality, provide feedback to product development, and communicate findings to other teams.
• Lead internal efficiency projects and process improvements for the Billing team.

About this Opportunity:

As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a deep understanding of billing systems, and proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will work closely with product development as well as internal and external business partners in the creation and implementation of projects surrounding the internally created billing system. The Senior Financial Billing Analyst will work with projects that include both improvements of legacy processes and procedures as well as customization of the billing processes to accommodate the needs of new business partners through mergers and acquisitions. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Salary Range: $56,046.00 - $82,313.00 The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
