Job summary

TJX Companies in the USA Home Office Framingham MA is seeking a Financial Auditor II to join a high-performing Corporate Internal Audit team. You will conduct risk-based audits, communicate findings, and support management in remediation and process improvement.

The role partners across functions, coordinates with foreign offices, supports SOX testing, and may require up to 25% travel. A CPA/CIA is preferred, with 2+ years in public accounting and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in public accounting or equivalent experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• CIA/CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with data prep, modeling or reporting tools (Power BI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based audits and communicate findings clearly to clients.
• Draft comprehensive audit reports and support action plans for remediation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute audit programs.
• Provide guidance on procedures and policy development.
• Coordinate with foreign offices for global compliance reviews.
• Work with external auditors on financial audits.
• Review SOX controls and perform testing as needed.
• Mentor less experienced auditors and provide training.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
