Job summary

Merck is seeking a qualified auditor to join our Audit and Assurance Services team in the United States. You will participate in financial, operational, SOX 404, and IT audits, and may lead small audit teams as needed.

Under supervision, you will present audit plans and findings to stakeholders, document control concerns, and contribute to audit reports with actionable recommendations. CPA preferred or pursuing, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of internal audit, public accounting, or general accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
• Experience with audit methodology and internal controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
