• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and their relationship to HR/payroll data, including implications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex financial reporting and analytics initiatives that support executive and operational decision-making.
• Experience interpreting financial data and translating it into clear, actionable insights for leadership audiences.
• Knowledge of internal controls, data validation practices, and financial reporting standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment in resolving complex financial data and reporting issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
