The role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and data analytics, turning complex data into clear recommendations to improve performance, reporting, and decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years of FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Experience working with business intelligence platforms.
• Ability to manage and interpret data across multiple systems.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to operational and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with process improvement or related environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that improve performance and decision-making.
• Support Shared Services operations with accurate reporting and analysis.
