Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional looking to contribute to financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Create variance analyses and management reports for leadership teams
• Develop ad hoc financial models and executive-level presentations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and data analysis
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to various stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
