Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Five years of professional experience in accounting, cost analysis, auditing, budgeting or closely related fiscal activity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage department budgets for the Water Resource Management Department.
• Analyze complex financial data and translate into clear deliverables for leadership.
• Prepare and present budgets, policies, and procedures to stakeholders.
• Participate in or chair department/Citywide committees and coordinate special projects.
