Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC seeks a Financial Analyst - Distribution to partner with distribution and logistics teams, delivering financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to drive efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations, develop KPI dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of financial or operational analysis supporting distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience analyzing DC KPIs (CPU, unit flow, throughput, labor productivity, capacity utilization).
• Experience forecasting inbound/outbound unit flows across freight and distribution operations.
• Experience with SKU-level analysis to evaluate productivity and trends.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools to build dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports for distribution, logistics, and inventory.
• Conduct variance and trend analyses to identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop monthly inventory reporting and SKU productivity metrics.
• Build financial models to evaluate warehouse performance and investments.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for supply chain operations and unit flows.
• Design and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs for distribution, logistics, and inventory.
