US Foods is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead monthly financial reporting, planning, and ad hoc analyses for the Supply Chain Admin function. The role is hybrid, with three on-site days and the remainder remote, and involves collaborating with department leads to improve performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or related field, 3 years of relevant experience, and advanced MS Office skills. An MBA is preferred, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related analytical field required (or related experience)
• MA/MBA preferred
• 3 years of relevant work experience in finance or supply chain administration
• Advanced skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and business-related analysis for Supply Chain Admin in areas such as headcount, departmental budgets, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects.
• Identify favorable/unfavorable data and spending trends; provide analytic results and recommendations for improved performance.
• Review departmental expenses for accuracy, record journal entries where needed.
• Review actual expense vs budget/forecast and issue monthly variance explanations to department leads.
• Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and assist in monthly results reviews against plan/forecast.
• Facilitate annual planning processes and support initiative development and assessment.
• Assist management in developing P&L assumptions and prepare forecasts and trend analyses.
