Job summary

Nesco Resource, LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager– Distribution to partner with distribution and logistics teams. You will deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and insights to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across the supply chain.

You will develop KPI dashboards, collaborate across functions, and design models for warehouse performance and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of financial or operational analysis supporting supply chain, logistics, or distribution center operations.
• Experience analyzing DC KPIs (CPU, unit flow, throughput, labor productivity, capacity utilization).
• Proven ability to forecast inbound/outbound unit flows across freight and distribution operations.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience to build dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver financial reports for supply chain functions (distribution, logistics, inventory).
• Conduct variance and trend analyses to identify cost drivers and opportunities for efficiency.
• Develop monthly inventory reporting by division with SKU data and aging buckets.
• Lead budgeting and ongoing forecasting for supply chain operations and capital expenditures.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs for distribution, logistics, and inventory.
• Collaborate with IT to extract and structure data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity.
• Train stakeholders on dashboard use and interpretation to support data-driven decisions.
