Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or closely related field required.
8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance or FP&A.
GAAP knowledge and experience presenting to executive leadership or board.

Responsibilities

Lead the most complex analyses, identifying trends and risks for the Board and executives.
Oversee annual budget and multi-year forecasting, aligning with strategic targets.
Design and maintain enterprise financial models and perform scenario analyses.
Assess financial impact of strategic decisions and advise leadership on risks.
Prepare and present financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across finance.
