Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Experience supporting HR previously preferred.
• Experience with Workforce Planning preferred.

Responsabilités

• Designs and develops analysis processes focused on providing a financial solution.
• Performs highly complex analysis of information used to make decisions on implementation of strategic programs and changes.
• Evaluates / scorecards innovative, strategic programs to measure effectiveness.
• Acts as consultant on P&A programs, processes, policies.
• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies, evaluates ongoing project performance.
• Participates in cross-departmental projects.
• Leads cross-functional special projects as necessary.
