Job summary

H-E-B's Corporate Planning & Analysis division seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to develop processes, reports, and data analytics to support strategic initiatives such as forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics optimization.

The role involves owning projects, collaborating across business areas, and delivering actionable insights. Travel may be required, and a related degree with 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain or analytics role.
• Related degree or training in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• PMP Certification (preferred) or equivalent project management credential is a plus.
• Experience with supply chain optimization tools like Llamasoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently identifies, documents, analyzes, implements, and communicates solutions to meet business needs.
• Defines and documents current and future operational scenarios and translates business requirements across areas.
• Analyzes expected impacts of recommendations on other business areas and clients.
• Contributes to cost/benefit analysis, design, and implementation of supply chain models for projects.
• Provides support for ad-hoc analyses, tools, development, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Manages medium-complexity projects related to technologies, facilities, processes, or other initiatives.
• Ensures projects are on schedule, high quality, and deliver business value.
• Develops project plans, schedules, risk assessments, and coordinates logistics.
