Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant finance experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Experience serving as a financial business partner to department leaders.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders while managing priorities.
• Strong systems acumen with planning and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for ministry and department leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for assigned functions.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for leadership decisions.
• Deliver timely, accurate and meaningful financial reporting across the ministry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and evaluate assumptions.
• Coach other financial analysts as needed.
