Compass Group USA is hiring a Financial Analyst in Mountain View, on-site, with a focus on financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will partner with site leadership and client service managers to build financial models, forecast performance and support budget development for food programs.

The role includes developing and maintaining data infrastructure, validating data and creating dashboards with SQL and Google Data Studio to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in Business/Accounting and/or 5 years of analyst experience.
• Previous high-volume retail or foodservice analyst support.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency.
• Basic proficiency in SQL to interact with databases.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A and Data Analytics work streams within Finance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for growth and opportunities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with site leadership and client service managers on financial analyses.
