CEA CAPA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide analysis, planning, and reporting to executive leadership across domestic and international sites. You will analyze financial statements, build models, and prepare forecasts to guide performance.

You will partner with accounting and other functions to deliver accurate reports, support monthly close and audits, and present insights to senior management in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling using Excel and Power BI.
• Planful experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial analysis of revenue, expenses and profitability.
• Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Support financial planning and coordination of budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with monthly close and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Present insights and dashboards to senior management.
