Job summary

CEC Companies in Irving, TX seeks a Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will develop models, provide insights to senior leadership, and drive financial discipline across the organization.

Collaborate with executives and business units to deliver timely reporting, identify risks, and implement FP&A best practices. This role requires 8–10 years of finance experience with MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
MBA or CPA/CFA designation preferred.
8–10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or corporate finance leadership.

Responsibilities

Supports and drives company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and maintain financial models to support short- and long-term planning and capital allocation.
Provide monthly/quarterly/annual performance reporting, analyze variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
Partner with business unit leaders to deliver actionable insights and improve decision-making.
Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of forecasting tools, models, and processes.
Lead development of KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial and operational health.
Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure reporting accuracy and transparency.
Support M&A analysis, investment evaluations, and other strategic projects.
