Job summary

Amazon SSD and Online Grocery Finance team in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead reconciliation processes and drive improvements through large-scale data analyses.

You will partner with finance and operations leaders across tech and business units to develop performance metrics, influence investment decisions, and deliver timely insights that enhance profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years contributing to cross-functional initiatives driving performance.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies control risks, evaluates impact, and remediates gaps.
• Delivers weekly/monthly financial close.
• Uses financial systems and advanced Excel on large data sets.
• Works with diverse data sources; identifies data issues and resolves them.
• Communicates data clearly to varied audiences.
• Implements improvements to finance processes and standards.
• Participates in Finance Community events and knowledge sharing.
• Contributes to a collaborative, results-oriented team culture.
