Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (SCM & Consolidation) to partner with the Supply Chain Management organization.

You will build and maintain complex financial models for COGS, forecast and AOP, and perform variance analysis to support leadership reviews and board-level presentations. The role drives consolidation of the annual plan, oversees rolling forecasts and two-year outlooks, and collaborates across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum five years of finance experience.
• Experience with COGS planning and cost management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations on periodic forecasts and quarterly financials for leadership.
• Maintain and enhance rolling forecast model with a two-year outlook.
• Partner with Supply Chain Management to develop COGS plans and analyze variances.
• Contribute to LTO committee with insights on actuals vs forecast.
• Plan and deliver variance analysis for fixed costs (Rent, Licenses, Taxes).
• Produce ad hoc reports as needed.

Summary of Job Description:As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst (SCM & Consolidation) serves as a Finance partner to the Supply Chain Management organization. This position conducts complex financial models to project Cost of Goods Sold financial plans (e.g., forecast and AOP), performs variance analysis vs. plan and forecast, and prepares the presentation on periodic forecasts and quarterly financials shared with the leadership team.
