ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM and Revenue FP&A team. You will partner with GMs and executives to drive growth, manage revenue forecasting, and shape strategic decision-making in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in finance/strategy, strong modeling and executive storytelling skills, and a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Ready to be a Titan? We’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our GTM and Revenue FP&A team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the GMs to drive growth and build the story behind our growth. You’ll work closely with executives, navigate evolving business environment and messy datasets, and lead continuous improvements in the decision-making process to keep pace with our rapid scale. This is a strategic role working closely with a group of ex-consultants and ex-IB analysts. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment working with imperfect data, knows how to extract signal from noise, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing SaaS business.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic business partner: Work closely with GMs and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive business growth and influence strategic decisions.
• Own and elevate the revenue forecast: Lead monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting processes, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive transformation: Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks to support long-term growth.
• Develop and mentor talent: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, building a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional leadership: Proactively align revenue strategies across functions and ensure execution against business priorities.

For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary ranges estimate for this role is Zone 1: $111,800 USD - $167,600 USD Applicable for: CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA Zone 2: $104,500 USD - $156,700 USD Applicable for: All other US locations.

International Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Actual compensation within a range is determined by factors including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and performance. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
