Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related financial role.
• Experience working collaboratively across a matrix environment to drive business performance.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and the MS Office product suite.

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. The preferred location for this position is the Minnetonka, MN office.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast and budget
• Develop, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Interface with business leaders and build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement including reporting and analysis
• Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, corporate finance, or a related financial role
• Experience working collaboratively across a matrix environment to drive business performance
• Work experience anticipating accounting, financial reporting, forecasting and operational issues, assessing their implications and developing and implementing an appropriate action plan
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and the MS Office product suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Healthcare industry
• Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Snowflake and PeopleSoft

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
