Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the corporate side of the business. You will collaborate with Directors, VPs, and Executives to deliver insights and support close processes.

The role requires strong Excel skills and advanced financial modeling, with experience in GL/HRIS systems like Sage Intacct and Workday considered a plus. Remote-friendly with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Experience with GL and HRIS systems including Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition corporate and capital budgets and forecasting.
Participate in monthly variance analysis as well as month-end close processes.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
Build and maintain 3-statement financial models to deliver insights into company-wide performance.
Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
Perform other duties or ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
