Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the corporate side of the business. You will work closely with the Director, VP, and Executive team to deliver insightful analyses and strategic financial support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 3+ years in FP&A. Proficiency with Excel and experience with GL/HRIS systems like Sage Intacct or Workday are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with a wide range of GL & HRIS systems including Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare annual and post-acquisition corporate and capital budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis as well as month-end close processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models to deliver insights into company-wide performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Prepare internal and external reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc analysis as assigned.
• Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
• Advanced skillset in Excel.
• Advance financial modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of financial strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
