Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate FP&A functions. The role reports to the Director of FP&A and collaborates with Directors, VPs, and Executives on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct or Workday is a plus. This position offers remote work eligibility in many states and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A, planning, and modeling experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages and Board presentations.
• Create lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build 3-statement financial models to analyze company performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital needs.
• Produce internal and external reporting and analyses.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
