Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for the corporate side. You will collaborate with Directors, VPs, and executives to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.

You will build 3-statement models, monitor cash flow, and prepare internal reporting and Board materials. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, cross-functional communication, and the ability manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years experience in financial planning, analysis and modeling.
• Experience with GL systems and HRIS is a plus (Sage Intacct, Workday).
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual and post-acquisition corporate budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in monthly variance analysis and month-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and quarterly Board presentations.
• Build 3-statement financial models to inform company-wide performance insights.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital requirements.
• Produce internal and external reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
