Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial analysis, global forecasting, and strategic planning within the Operations group. You will partner with senior management to prepare budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track core metrics in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires a finance degree and at least 6 years of progressive experience, with advanced Excel/NetSuite skills and the ability to influence decision-making across departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance experience.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and partner across departments.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Craft and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to show drivers, variances, and KPIs.
• Conduct cost analysis and investigate deviations from forecasts.
• Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance and predict activity.
• Assess deviations from targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Create materials for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Develop presentations that communicate analyses to facilitate decisions.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and processes.
