Job summary

BOOST LLC partners with Don Selvy Enterprises (DSE) to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to support the PAE Munitions RCC. The role emphasizes budgetary control, funding across multiple appropriations, and financial planning for defense programs.

Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in circuit and cost analysis, and be able to obtain a Secret clearance. The package includes a comprehensive benefits program and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Candidates without a Master’s degree may qualify with combinations of education and work experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Demonstrated foundation in finance, budgeting, and government funding processes; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provides RCC financial support and manages funding across RDTE, WPN, and OMN appropriations.
• Prepares inputs for budgets exhibits, POM submissions, and financial impact statements.
• Reviews financial documentation for budget impacts and acts as the financial subject matter expert.
• Coordinates with SYSCOMS on annual work assignments; tracks obligations and expenditures.
• Collaborates with the BFM shop, Cost Leads, and program teams on funding planning and execution.
• Identifies and monitors risks related to RCC budgets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years

Associate’s degree + 4 years

No degree with at least 6 years of qualifying work experience
