MELE Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Office of Nonproliferation and Arms Control (NPAC) program office. The role focuses on budgeting, financial forecasting, and compliance across multiple systems like G2, STARS, CostEX, and PlanEX.

On-site in Washington, DC, with a team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in financial and program management, a Bachelor’s in finance or related field, and an active DOE Q or DOD TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in financial and program management.
• Active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Leads a financial support team in providing functional support to budget analysts.
• Applies accounting principles to analyze funding, obligations, and costs against budgets.
• Performs monthly reconciliations of allocations, obligations, commitments, and costs between systems.
