Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 extra years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience required.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise and strong business acumen.
• Ability to solve complex problems and balance priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive storytelling.
• Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex profitability analyses across products, members, and balance sheet strategies.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FTP, RAROC, and profitability methodologies.
• Design and maintain advanced profitability models for loans, deposits, and products.
• Develop forward-looking pro forma models for new products and pricing strategies.
• Translate profitability results into actionable recommendations for pricing and growth.
• Collaborate with Treasury and ALM on balance sheet strategy and liquidity assumptions.
• Drive improvements in profitability systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to create new tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide oversight and quality review of analyses and governance adherence.
• Contribute to audits, model risk management, and examiner interactions.
