Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 extra years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex profitability analyses across products, members, and balance sheet strategies.
• Serve as subject matter expert on FTP, RAROC, and profitability methodologies.
• Design and maintain advanced profitability models for loans, deposits, and products.
• Develop forward-looking pro forma models for new products and pricing strategies.
• Translate profitability results into actionable recommendations for pricing and growth.
• Collaborate with Treasury and ALM on balance sheet strategy and liquidity assumptions.
• Drive improvements in profitability systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to create new tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Provide oversight and quality review of analyses and governance adherence.
• Contribute to audits, model risk management, and examiner interactions.

This role leads advanced financial analysis and modeling to guide strategic and operational decisionmaking across the organization. This role provides insights into business performance, and contributes to improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex profitability analyses across products, members, and balance sheet strategies, synthesizing insights for senior leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on FTP, RAROC, and profitability methodologies, advising on assumptions and model design.
• Design, enhance, and maintain advanced profitability models for loans, deposits, and optionalitydriven products.
• Lead development of forwardlooking pro forma models to evaluate new products, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate profitability results into clear recommendations that influence pricing, growth, and balance sheet decisions.
• Partner closely with Treasury and ALM on balance sheet strategy, liquidity premiums, and behavioral assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement of profitability systems, data structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead crossfunctional initiatives to develop new tools, dashboards, and analytical capabilities.
• Provide oversight and quality review of team analyses, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance adherence.
• Act as a key contributor in audits, model risk management, and examiner interactions, explaining methodologies and results.

Essential Skills

• Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Required Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
• Advanced financial modeling expertise and strong business acumen.

Target Compensation in Chelmsford & Marlborough, MA: $95,000 - $110,000 annually + annual bonus
