Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the World Wide Prime team focused on Membership Growth and retention. You will develop insights on membership experience, evaluate retention initiatives, and influence strategic lifecycle decisions with senior leadership visibility.

Responsibilities include forecasting, building business models, identifying opportunities to automate and improve tools, and driving cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

Responsibilities

• Finance subject matter expert on Prime retention and engagement performance
• Quantify the financial impact of our product initiatives and experiments
• Work with the business team to build business models and value propositions and drive near-term and long-term forecasting
• Manage and execute entire projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
• Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances
