Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.
• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• MBA, or CPA is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Be a subject matter expert for Prime Member engagement and spend, developing the global framework for evaluating engagement initiatives, tracking performance, and understanding drivers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Influence business decisions through data driven analysis and modeling.
• Partner with business intelligence teams to explore data, identify datasets, and isolate trends and insights to inform engagement and spend initiatives.
• Drive scenario planning and challenge assumptions.
• Partner with finance leaders to establish robust reporting, forecasting models and variance analysis.
• Provide financial analyses and strategic leadership to WW Prime Engagement and Global Finance teams.
• Collect, analyze, and manage quantitative data and create meaningful reports to drive spend growth.
