Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Amazon Photos Finance team. The role builds financial models for new opportunities across devices, software services, monetization, and cost control, with end‑to‑end support for major investments.

You will lead analyses, influence partners, and communicate the financial story clearly, supporting decision making in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Experience in financial modelling, P&L management or analysis
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and marketing analysis efforts, providing data-driven insights on revenue performance, customer trends, and marketing effectiveness to drive strategic decision-making and growth.
• Support the core financial processes for the business, including: annual operating plan, three-year strategic plan, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Create, improve and maintain financial models to promote efficient use of resources.
• Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc project analysis and financial modelling for a variety of business initiatives and new business models.
• Lead customer analysis efforts to uncover key insights on behaviour, retention, and lifetime value.
• Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analysis; identifying and communicating key drivers to support investment decisions.
• Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs, and support them to make judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure.
• Communicate information/data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Articulate financial story clearly by adjusting style for different audiences. Your clarity in communication will be instrumental in facilitating informed decisions.
• Manage competing priorities, communicate status updates, and drive projects to completion.
