Jobot in Minneapolis/St. Paul metro is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to act as a strategic finance partner for the Commercial organization, driving profitability through pricing strategy, analytics, forecasting and business insights.

You will analyze detailed customer and transaction data, influence pricing decisions and provide actionable recommendations to Sales leadership, with exposure to the executive team. Hybrid flexibility is offered with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization driving pricing, forecasting and analytics.
• Ability to analyze detailed customer and transaction data and communicate insights to leadership.
• Experience influencing pricing decisions and developing commercial performance analyses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to provide proactive financial analysis to improve revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop and maintain pricing, volume, and mix analyses to identify performance drivers.
• Evaluate pricing performance across customers, products, markets and channels to identify trends and actions.
• Review and approve pricing requests with Sales, balancing customer needs and profitability.
• Build business cases supporting value-based pricing, new opportunities, renewals, and strategic initiatives.
• Support monthly revenue forecast by analyzing pipeline activity, trends, pricing impacts and volume expectations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using modern BI platforms to improve KPI visibility.
• Analyze customer, product, and market profitability and recommend margin improvements.
