Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst to deliver expert financial management support for the PM MAGTF C2 program office across the PPBE lifecycle. The role focuses on executing appropriated funding, tracking budget performance against benchmarks, and performing analyses to support POM planning.

The candidate will develop Excel-based financial models, create PowerPoint reports, and manage spend plans, OPPs, and procurement packages, contributing to audit and closeout

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance required.
• 12 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Experience with the PPBE process, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily/weekly financial execution and provide execution reports with analysis of changes.
• Generate Funding Action Requests (FARs) and process them for timely obligation of funds.
• Track budget execution against the budget plan and OSD benchmarks.
• Perform financial, cost, and budget analyses to support POM planning; build Excel models and PowerPoint reports; maintain spend plans.
• Provide audit, ad hoc, and RFI reporting; reconcile accounts; support closeout procedures.
