Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling experience.
• Hands-on Power BI experience required.
• SQL experience required, including querying and analyzing data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in multi-location or service-oriented organizations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting across units and locations.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and operating performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities and provide insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.
• Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop KPI reporting across locations, customers, products/services, and segments.
• Improve and automate financial reporting and analytical processes.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support data integrity between financial and operational reporting.
