Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting across units and locations.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management packs.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and operating performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities and provide insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.

This is a highly visible role that will partner with Finance and operational leadership to provide financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence that supports strategic and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines a strong FP&A foundation with advanced analytical capabilities and the ability to work with large datasets. Power BI and SQL experience are key requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes across multiple business units and locations.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, operating performance, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models used for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand performance trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI.
• Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop KPI reporting and identify trends across locations, customers, products/services, and other business segments.
• Improve and automate existing financial reporting and analytical processes.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support data integrity and help ensure consistency between financial and operational reporting.
