Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.
• CPA, MBA, CMA or related certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years in finance, business experience or related leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Advanced Excel and Presentation skills required.
• Experience with SAP/JDE, TM1, Alteryx and Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles and evaluate risks.
• Provide executive communication on financial results and drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly sales reporting, Investor Relations analyses, and Gross to Net pricing.
• Drive operational improvements and support high-visibility projects.
• Offer meaningful financial insights and challenge business assumptions.
