Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst to support the DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction US Commercial team. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver critical financial insights, and influence strategic business decisions.

Preferred locations include Warsaw, IN; Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or West Chester, PA. The role may transition to DePuy Synthes employment processes after the planned corporate separation is completed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting/Finance preferred.
CPA/MBA/CMA or related certification preferred.
Minimum three years finance/business leadership experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; Excel and presentation skills essential.
Ability to analyze data and influence executive decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles with cross-functional teams.
Prepare executive communications on financial results and drivers.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, pricing, demand planning and other teams to identify risks and opportunities.
Manage monthly sales reporting to senior management and investor relations analyses.
Ensure compliance with SOX and conduct month-end/quarter-end close activities.
Provide insights and scenario analyses to improve business decisions.
