Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in a finance-related position (e.g., financial operations, cost management).
• 3+ years' experience in Earned Value Management.
• 3+ years' experience with Estimates at Complete.
• 3+ years' proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivots).

Responsibilities

• Develop cost/schedule performance baselines and communicate trends.
• Create performance reports and analyze variances for senior management.
• Troubleshoot process/tool issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage program baselines and Earned Value Management.
• Complete monthly Forecast analyses and support customer deliverables.
• Develop, integrate and analyze resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Advise senior management on financial performance projections.
