Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Merchandising organization, reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Finance. This role involves delivering financial insights via analysis, reporting, and strategic partnerships, supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven recommendations, managing budgets, forecasts, and enhancing transparency. The ideal candidate manages projects independently, develops financial models, and drives process improvements, providing timely, accurate insights for strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
2. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on actuals versus forecasts/budgets.
3. Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
4. Collaborate with department leaders to understand objectives and manage budgets.
5. Improve processes and reporting for accuracy and efficiency.

• Led financial planning initiatives with advanced Excel modeling and data insights.
• Built trust with cross-functional teams through clear communication of complex financial info.
• Delivered results in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Collaborated with business units to enhance organizational performance.

Compensation

$80,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills. Additional benefits may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive health and financial benefits.
