AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support manufacturing operations and process improvements in Malvern, PA. The role emphasizes financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration rather than pure financial reporting.

You will partner with operations, manufacturing, and IT teams, build ROI-focused business cases, and lead high-priority projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, operations analysis, or manufacturing analytics.
• Experience performing financial analysis, data analysis, statistical analysis, financial modeling, cost analysis, or ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with operations, manufacturing, commercial, finance, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and process improvement opportunities.
• Manage priority projects from discovery through implementation, including defining the problem, analyzing data, and measuring results.
• Build financial models, cost analyses, and ROI business cases for process improvement, automation, technology, and operational initiatives.
• Analyze data from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Perform statistical analysis to evaluate operational performance, commercial activity, costs and impact.
• Design and implement process automation solutions with automation tools and low-code platforms with IT teams.
• Lead cross-functional special projects from scoping to measured impact.
• Conduct current-state process analysis and engage with business teams to understand workflows and data sources.
• Support business process optimization, operational efficiency, and digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
