Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience, including hands-on variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, WIP, intercompany, and U.S. GAAP.
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment prioritizing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate Oracle costing and inventory accounting setups.
• Lead variance analysis, material mix analysis, and production efficiency analysis.
• Own month-end close responsibilities, including approving journal entries.
