Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close, forecasting cycles, and annual operating plan.
• Analyze and communicate financial results with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide financial guidance and reporting training to leaders and employees.
• Perform period-over-period analyses to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager and site leadership to inform decisions.
• Maintain cost accounting, financial planning, and forecasting systems; support audits.
• Lead inventory activities including valuation and reconciliation.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance and accounting to enhance performance and reporting.
• Provide leadership within Accounting and serve as a backup for other functions.
• Support internal audits and compliance with policies.
