Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division seeks a Plant Finance Manager onsite at the Cleveland, TN CPA manufacturing facility. You will lead the plant's financial performance, partnering with operations to drive cost efficiency and strategic capital decisions.

Responsibilities include financial analysis, forecasting, cost accounting, and KPI tracking; you will shape plans, manage CAPEX and inventory, and support transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related area.
• Five (5) years of progressive accounting/finance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment.
• MBA or advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Eight years of progressive accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Two (2) years of data analytics experience supporting a manufacturing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis to drive plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide decision support for capital deployment and new projects.
• Drive CAPEX and inventory initiatives to improve productivity and cost leadership.
• Collaborate with operations to develop action plans and monitor implementation.
• Create financial models to evaluate various scenarios affecting operations.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to assess performance against targets.
• Manage cost control to achieve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Oversee inventory control actions to maximize profitability and cash flow.
• Support talent development and succession planning within the finance organization.
