Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-7 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong data analytics and mining skills.
• Advanced Excel; MS Access or DB tools beneficial.
• Some travel required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial close activities with journal entries.
• Analyze information to provide timely financial recommendations to management.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards showing location health.
• Work with operations to develop forecasts and reporting.
• Provide in-depth analysis of actual spend to drive insight and cost optimization.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
