Great American Insurance Group (Fidelity/Crime Division) is hiring a Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst to join the team in a hybrid role with on-site four days a week and one remote day. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Fidelity & Crime Division, partnering with underwriting, claims and leadership to drive profitability and operational excellence.

The role requires extensive financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to translate results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analyses to support divisional strategy, planning, and decision-making.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for Fidelity/Crime Division.
• Produces monthly/quarterly management reports including KPIs, premiums, losses, and expenses.
• Conducts variance analysis and explains financial results to senior management.
• Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities affecting profitability and capital allocation.
• Collaborates with Underwriting, Claims and Senior Management to improve financial performance.
